We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

NUTRITION AND CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products. This includes (but is not limited to), energy gels, hydration products, supplements and nutrition items.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is

-Unopened, in its original condition or faulty/damaged on arrival

CLOTHING AND RUNWEAR

We accept returns on clothing and run wear items under the following conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition- All tags must be attached-Items must be unworn and unwashed-Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Any opened or used nutrition products

Items not in original condition

Items returned without original packaging or tags.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY ORDERS

Please endure all items are checked upon collection or delivery. Any issues must be reported as soon as possible.
